Trail Permits

We are an authorized Hatfield-McCoy Trail Permit Dealer! Every person using the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System, including passengers, is required to purchase an individual user permit.

• WV Resident: $26.50

• Out of State Visitor: $50.00

• Out of State Veteran:  $26.50

Guided Hunts

We offer a variety of hunting packages across our 20,000 acres located around the resort. Mingo County is a well-known, bow-only county that produces trophy sized bucks. Our professional guides are managing our deer population for that memorable trip!

Laundry

Wash the trails off using our coin-operated washer and dryer located in the white building near the resort entrance.

ATV Wash Station

Our ATV wash station is located directly on the trail near the deluxe tents to clean off your machine after a long day of riding.

​

It accepts credit cards or $1 and $5 bills (no coins).

The cost is $4 for 8 minutes.

Guided Trail Rides

There is nothing quite like an insider's knowledge of the area to help you find all the sweet spots... cooling streams, expansive vistas, and helpful shortcuts, spiced with local flavor and offered by professionals with keen knowledge of the intricate trail systems as well as guidance on safe riding practices.

Multiple Bathhouses

Our bathhouses offer private bathrooms complete with toilet, shower, and sink. The lower RV area has a 6 full bathrooms and the Deluxe Tent Bathhouse has 2 full bathrooms.
