We really loved this resort and will definitely book again! The grounds were very clean and accommodating. The general store was a lifesaver with snacks, supplies, and essentials. Our cabin was very clean, very comfortable, and included everything we needed for a 1 week stay! We loved having a full kitchen! The views were great! Our private hot tub was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Clean and well marked roads within the resort leading to trails and towns! A beautiful local mountain goat we could go visit with! What a great place to stay. Cabins are roomy and each bedroom having its own bath was a plus. Drive onto the trail system right from the resort. Food was delicious and everybody was very friendly.

What are your hours?
The reservations office is open Mondays through Saturdays from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Sundays from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Where are you located?
We are located outside Matewan, West Virginia and directly on the Hatfield McCoy Trail System on Devil Anse Trail 59. The trail runs right through the resort. The resort is about an hour and a half from Charleston, WV.
Where are your restaurant hours?
The Tipple Tavern is open Wednesday-Sunday from 4pm-9:30pm.
Please note the Tipple Tavern is typically close during the off-season, from December through mid-March. Trail 59 Grill opens around Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day, following the pool schedule.
